January 2000
As January comes to an end, we leave this month with cool temperatures. Althourgh January saw temperatures to 87F and many mid to lower 80s, we did manage to get down to a chilly 33F, but without frost! With these last few remaining days of this month, cool temps and endless grey skys, blanket the southern section of the Lone Star State, and as we head towards February and the South Texas Spring, something new will flower, adding a splash of tropical color, to our landscape. Y'all come back, ya hear!
