Garden View  From September 4, 1997 to June 19, 2001 This Image of the raised bed surrounding our deck was taken September 4, 1997 just a few days over 3 months after planting.   A somewhat different view of the same area taken November 16, 1999. Notice the Hibiscus, Phoenix roebelenii and Ravenea rivularis after two years of growing. Also note the Carica papaya in the back ground grown from seed, planted September of 1997. The Dypsis decaryi (Triangle Palm) was planted in August of 1997 the trunk now is even with the top rail of the deck.   Image taken on May 25, 2000, six month later than the previous image. The Carica papaya that is seen (Middle) top right image, was cut back because tree was to high to safely harvest fruit.   This photo, show Jana, next to the Majesty Palm, and was taken September 8, 2000.   Image taken June 19, 2001  BACK
