 Phoenix loureirii (P. hanceana) Starting to flower. This is the second time this palm has flowered, last year this male plant had reached full inflorescences by this date. Do to the lower temperatures and cloudy days of this past winter, growing has been some what slower, then in the past. Image taken April 3, 2001
