Bamboo: Bambusa ventricosa 'variegata', Variegated Buddha's Belly Bamboo leaf. This beautiful bamboo was given to me last year by Mike Burnett of Houston Texas. Mike is a well seasoned gardener and his Gulf Coast Garden proves it. Behind the bamboo is an Erythrina crista-galli (Fireman's Cap Coral Tree).
